I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest, feel understood, and work through life without judgment. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, career transitions, and so much more. My approach is compassionate and practical—tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all formula. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and behavioral techniques, blending them based on what will actually help you move forward. I'm not here to tell you how to live; I'm here to help you understand yourself better, work through what's holding you back, and build the life you want. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept most major insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you.
